Deeann L. Germany joined the Oklahoma law firm of Burch, George & Germany in 1998 and has maintained a practice devoted solely to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Her cases have encompassed medical device and products liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injuries.
Her work has led to several seven-figure verdicts and settlements, including a $1,025,000 verdict in 2007 against an orthopedic medical device manufacturer for injuries suffered by a woman following a hip replacement. She was also co-counsel with partner Derek K. Burch in a slip-and-fall case that resulted in a seven-figure jury verdict.
In addition to her law practice, Germany is also active in Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, an organization that volunteer legal assistance for children in the Juvenile Division of Oklahoma County District Court.
Germany came to the firm immediately after receiving her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and became partner in 2011.
