J. Penn Crawford

Penn Crawford joined Marks & Harrison in March of 2007 and focuses his practice on personal injury. Penn began his legal career at a Richmond law firm, where he handled criminal and civil litigation, including state appellate work and federal litigation. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Penn graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2002 and has been qualified by the state as a Guardian Ad Litem for children, serving mainly in the City of Richmond.
