Brian Trimnal lends a personal touch to his practice as a partner with Trimnal and Myers Attorneys LLC.

As head of the firm’s real estate section, Trimnal answers clients’ questions about all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, title examinations, and title insurance.

He focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings. He represents purchasers, developers, investors, and sellers.

A licensed title insurance agent with Investors Title Insurance Company, Trimnal has experience dealing with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. He participates in a variety of seminars and conferences to share his knowledge of real estate law.

Trimnal earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Active in the Lancaster Community, he has served as a vice president of the Lancaster High School Booster Club and currently is on the club’s board of directors. He is a member of the A.R. Rucker Middle School Advisory Council and serves on the Communities in Schools board of directors.  He also serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity and the Matt Blackwell Foundation.

He coaches youth basketball and soccer and serves as chairman of the Annual Red Cross Heroes Campaign.

Trimnal serves as secretary-treasurer of the Lancaster County Bar Association and as a member of the South Carolina Bar Association.
