Mark Joye is dedicated to doing more than protecting the rights of his clients—he also works hard to improve his profession and positively influence the people he comes into contact with. One of his proudest accomplishments is becoming an Eagle Scout. Both his father, Reese Joye, and his brother earned the Eagle Scout rank, and Mark is heavily involved in the Charleston scouting program. He believes his experience has helped him to be prepared for any circumstance, and he puts that to good use in and out of the courtroom on behalf of those who have been injured by defective products, in car crashes, and in tractor trailer collisions.
