Lori L. Smith

Lori L. Smith has handled personal injury cases of all types, but particularly those involving motor vehicle wrecks, premises liability, products liability, dog bites, wrongful death, construction accidents, and workplace injuries. Formerly practicing on the defense side for over 13 years in defense firms and for the Hartford Insurance Company she brings a unique perspective to the practice of personal injury law at our Firm. Lori has practiced since 1996 and joined Marks & Harrison in January 2011.

Lori graduated from the T. C. Williams School of Law and the Robins School of Business, where she earned Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration degrees in just three years. She earned her undergraduate degree in 1993, a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
